Everything! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The two gentlemen who worked in the evening were being helpful and even helped take out bags to our room since my daughter had a hurt ankle. The room was extremely clean and comfortable at a great price! This hotel made me want to stay in Lisbon even longer. They had great cappuccino in the room as well! Even though it was very noisy on pink street, we never heard anything! Not a sound! Front desk gentleman even gave me clear directions in English on how to use the metro! They actually took the time to look up the directions in English first to make sure communication was correct! They went out of there way above and beyond to help us! We even got great restaurant recommendations at very good prices! Wonderful people with great service! I will absolutely stay there again the next time we visit!

Great location, right on pink street, close to the water, and a short walk to most places we needed to get to. The room was really cool, ok for a couple (for anyone else it’s really not suitable), aircon went down to 16 (woohoo!), nice powerful, warm shower and good amenities. Coffee and water free in the room. Bed was suitably comfy, and room big enough for a few days with no issues.

The location is perfect, easily reachable the centre within 10 minutes walk. We liked the room even though it was small but found it cosy, and the shower is really huge up to the ceiling. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices among sweet (bakery products, of course also Nata) and salty (eggs, cold cuts..) The staff is also very friendly.

Comfortable , good sized modern room with annex for clothing and luggage, with complimentary water and coffee machine. Great shower, air con and room cleaning every day. Location is great for seeing the sites without using public transport. They fixed an issue with our toilet immediately after we told them and the service is great overall.

The location of the hotel is really central, super close to a train/metro station and walking distance to several attractions. The breakfast was really good, with good variety. Hotel has quite nice decoration with old & new style mixed. Bed is also very good and staff is cool.
